Small Group Doggie Daycare
At Pawsh Pets Concierge, we believe in providing a more personalized and engaging experience for your furry friends. Our Small Group Doggie Daycare focuses on creating a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where dogs can thrive in smaller, carefully selected groups. With a limited number of playmates, your dog will receive the attention, socialization, and care they deserve, allowing for more individualized supervision and tailored activities. Whether it’s playtime, rest, or a fun walk, our trained staff ensures that every dog’s unique needs are met, making for a day filled with joy, comfort, and plenty of tail-wagging!

Dog Walks
At Pawsh Pets Concierge, our dedicated dog walker will give your pup the perfect blend of fresh air and exercise with a neighborhood stroll. Using our GPS real-time app, you’ll stay connected with updates when the walk begins and ends, along with a detailed report card featuring photos, a map of the route, and a summary of how your pup enjoyed their adventure.

Dog Sitting
At Pawsh Pets Concierge, you can choose between in-home care or having your pup stay at one of our trusted sitters’ homes. Our dedicated dog sitters offer personalized attention, including three daily walks, overnight care, and plenty of companionship whenever they’re not attending to other commitments, ensuring your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable throughout their stay.

Eastside Group Off-Leash Dog Park Trips
Our dedicated dog park excursionist, Tanya, will pick up and drop off your furry friend for a fun-filled adventure at an off-leash dog park in the area. Your pup will get to run and play with a pack of like-minded hounds for two hours in the afternoon.

Requirements: All dogs must be up to date on shots, have city tags, and wear their rabies vaccination tags at all times. A front-clipping harness is also required for your pup’s safety. -

Rates: $50.00 for the first dog | $40.00 for the second dog
Dog Walks
Our dog walker will take your pup around the neighborhood for some fresh air and exercise. With our GPS real-time app, you’ll receive updates on when the walk starts and ends, along with a report card that includes photos, a map of the walk, and a note on how it went.

What’s this about an “Availability” Guarantee?
At Pawsh Pets Concierge, LLC, we prioritize walks for our established monthly clients, —those with regular, ongoing schedules and auto-scheduling. Once your schedule is set up, we guarantee your dog walking services will always be on our calendar. While some situations, like extreme weather, staff vacations/illness may make it impossible to provide services, rest assured that our pre-scheduled clients are always our top priority.
I had a last-minute meeting come up. Can you add on a same-day walk?
While we can’t guarantee same-day services every time, there’s a very good chance we can accommodate your request. As soon as you know you need a walk, let us know, and we’ll do our best to schedule it. Please note that a $10 urgent fee applies to same-day bookings to compensate our sitters for the last-minute logistical changes.
We’d really like our dogs to maintain their training. Will your walkers reinforce our training routines or provide basic etiquette training? Do you work with any specific training style?
Absolutely! At Pawsh Pets Concierge, LLC, we strive to support whatever training methods and routines your pets are accustomed to. We’ll follow all the training protocols you outline for us during walks. Whether Buster needs to stop at the corner before crossing or Mollie needs to sit before getting a treat, we’re happy to customize your dog’s care to their individual needs. You can share these details by updating your pet profile in the portal, during the initial meet & greet, or by uploading training documentation to your account.

It’s easy! Just click on the “Get Started” link, complete all the necessary information, and we’ll set up your account. We’ll then match you with a concierge consultant to arrange your intake and meet & greet meeting.
Do you come to my house, or do my pets go somewhere else?
Our pet sitting services are customized to fit your needs, so you can choose to have your dog cared for at home or at the dog sitter’s home. We’re happy to customize our services to match any pet care routine your household requires!
How do I schedule appointments? Can I schedule a walk for a specific time?
Pawsh Pets Concierge, LLC has developed a robust client portal where you can manage all your pet information, contact details, and instructions. The portal allows you to schedule services, add notes, notify us of changes, upload documents, and more. If you’re not tech-savvy, no worries! We’re just as happy to schedule services via phone or email.
What does the initial consultation/meet & greet entail? Does it cost anything? Do we need to meet again every time I leave town?
Our initial meet & greet is an opportunity to get to know each other and ensure we’re familiar with your pets, their routine, your home, and your expectations for care. This meeting is always free of charge for up to 30 minutes. If you need more time, it’s just $15 for every additional 30 minutes. Once your portal is activated, and you’ve confirmed home access instructions, you’re all set to schedule services anytime in the future.
How does our Pet Sitter get access to my home? How safe are my house keys?
For security reasons, we strive to keep as few keys as possible in our possession. We work with clients to find the best ‘keyless’ solution for their home, such as a lockbox, coded garage door, or digital door lock. If none of these options work, you can provide us with a set of keys, which we will keep secure in our administrative office, a drop box, or with your pet sitter during scheduled services. If you have another arrangement for home access, that’s okay too!
Will my pet sitter always be the same person? What if my pet requires limited walkers/pet sitters?
We aim to keep a limited number of Pet Sitters assigned to your care. If your primary sitter isn’t available, a fully trained substitute will always be ready to step in. If you prefer to meet everyone who enters your home, or if your pet needs to familiarize themselves with their caretakers, you can set up additional meetings for just $25 each.
I work for a company that employs many pet owners. Do you partner with businesses to offer company-wide discounts or extra perks?
Yes, we do! We’d love to partner with both for-profit and non-profit organizations to offer company discounts or corporate benefits. How quickly can I book my first appointment?
Typically, within a couple of days! Once your portal is activated and you’ve had your meet & greet, you can start scheduling services. If you need a walk on the same day as your initial meeting, we’ll do our best to accommodate that.
I’m crunched for time—can you drive my pet to a vet visit or their training/boarding facility?
Absolutely! Our Pet Taxi service is here to help. We’ll pick up your pet from your home or workplace and ensure they get to where they need to go. If you need us to wait for their check-up and provide a round-trip, we can do that too! Coming home late from vacation and don’t want to leave your pup at the boarding facility an extra night? Let us bring them home for you—nothing beats coming home to your pup waiting for you!
I completely forgot to pick up dog food before work today! Can you drop some off before I get home?
Yes, we can! With Pawsh Pets Concierge, LLC’s Pet Goods Delivery, we’re happy to swing by and pick up more food, litter, medication, or birdseed and drop it off during our next scheduled service. Need an unscheduled delivery? No problem! Check out our services page for rates and information.
We’re returning home from vacation quite late. Could you pick up a few groceries for us, so we don’t return to an empty fridge?
Absolutely. Just send us a list of your favorite foods, brands, and preferred store, and we’ll handle the shopping before you get home. We charge a small errand fee plus the cost of groceries if the store is within a mile or two of your home.
What types of pets do you care for?
Pawsh Pets Concierge, LLC pet sitters love all pets! However, for now, we primarily focus on dogs and provide taxi services for cats as well.
Do you require my puppy/dog to have had all their vaccines or be spayed/neutered?
Nope! Since many of our services are scheduled one household at a time, we can care for puppies who haven’t had all their shots or older pups who may still be intact. Our sitters are diligent about washing up before and after visits, ensuring we can safely visit your pets between households. The only limitation is that we’ll need to skip the dog park and other group outings until your pet’s vaccinations are up to date or they’ve healed from surgery.
Do you administer medication to pets? What about insulin or Sub-Q fluids? Is there any extra charge?
Sure thing! All our pet care staff can administer medication (pills, drops, supplements) at no charge. While we do not charge extra for insulin or Sub-Q fluids, it may be necessary to schedule a visit with your sitter to instruct them on administering these. Please note that we cannot administer medication to any animal that poses a danger to our Pet Sitters.
Can you provide dog walking services while my pet is at a friend’s house? Can you visit my pet while they’re being boarded for some one-on-one time?
Absolutely! We’re happy to coordinate with friends, family, or boarding facilities to provide additional walks, dinner visits, or help with other needs. These arrangements are common, and we’re happy to make them seamless for you.
What if my pet becomes ill or injured while I am away?
If your pet becomes ill or injured in our care, we’ll assess the situation, contact you, and work with you (or your emergency contacts) to create an action plan. If you’re unavailable, we’ll follow the instructions in your client portal regarding veterinary care protocols. We’ll always contact your preferred vet(s) first, and if they’re unavailable, we’ll use a trusted vet we have a strong relationship with.
My pet sitter did an incredible job. Can I give them a gratuity?
Absolutely! Our invoicing system allows you to add a gratuity with just two clicks when making a payment. You can also give gifts or gratuities directly to your Pet Sitter during their assignment at your home.
